- Removable forehead rest piece – A removable elastomer piece is positioned on the forehead rest. An electro-sensitive sensor indicates the patient’s forehead is in contact with the forehead rest, via a Visiolite® light display. When the forehead is correctly positioned on the forehead rest, the patient should not feel any discomfort.
- Peripheral field – A number of small holes are visible around the lenses. These light guides are for the visual peripheral field test.
- Nose position – A light on the bottom right of the screen indicates whether the Visiolite® is correctly connected:
The Visiolite® Essential remote control is ergonomic and very user-friendly. Each key of the remote control corresponds to a test, and each key is associated with a light for the test displayed in the Visiolite®.
The right side of the remote control is for visual acuity tests. The left part is for extra tests.
To scroll through the tests of the selected mode, use the left and right arrows. Go from one mode to another by pressing on the right or left arrow.
